Career: IT Project and line managers in the engineering industry and with banks, computer science and head of the Organization for the lending business of a major Swiss bank, strategic IT consultancy and project support for the public sector, Open Data consulting for the federal government, cantons and municipalities. President of the Swiss computer science society (2004 – 2009), co-founder and president of the association Opendata.ch (since 2012).
Civil society engagements: President Swiss Informatics Society (2004 – 2009), Co-founder and president Opendata.ch (since 2012), member foundation board access-for-all (since 2006), Co-founder of Swiss data cooperative MIDATA.COOP, president SWISS DATA ALLIANCE.
